Resume Design Tip:
Try doing a search for resumes focusing on those who have worked at the agencies you'd like to work at by typing in "resume" + your agency. Think Saatchi & Saatchi, Y&R, Grey, TBWA \ Chiat \ Day, BBDO, VitroRobertson, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Goodby Silverstein, Wieden + Kennedy, McCann, Razorfish, JWT, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Publicis, R/GA, Martin, DraftFCB, etc... I've found the .pdfs most helpful if you're looking for print inspiration (as well as career paths), but the htm and html pages are great for website design and keywords.
Also, do a search for resumes with those who have the position you would like to have now and in the future. Think Art Director, Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Production Artist, Senior Designer, Copywriter, Director of Design, MarCom, etc...
This is really awesome.
